2017 Trashion Show
Join Ocean Friendly Restaurants Hawai‘i for our 2nd Annual Trashion Show! We will be flaunting our plastic outfits while raising awareness about plastic and styrofoam trash on O‘ahu; to encourage the City to close the loophole in the Plastic Bag Ban and the State to pass a ban on styrofoam food containers!
Meet at 9:30am at Magic Island parking lot, where we will be taking a school bus to various Honolulu restaurants and stores that are notorious for using foam and plastic bags. We will return to Magic Island by 1 pm.
Mahalo to our partner organizations Surfrider Foundation O‘ahu Chapter, Sierra Club O‘ahu Group, Sustainable Coastlines Hawai‘i, and Kokua Hawai‘i Foundation for planning this fun event!
