Surfrider and Barefoot Wines Beach Cleanup & Party, Sat., Aug. 14‏

WHAT:  The Barefoot Wine Beach Rescue Project, now in its fourth year, helps keep beaches, rivers and lakes across America "barefoot-friendly."  In 2010, Barefoot Wine and the Surfrider Foundation, along with community volunteers, are embarking on a tour of 21 cleanups nationwide, stopping in Honolulu, HI this August.  Following the cleanup, volunteers 21+ are invited to attend a celebration featuring Barefoot Wine, surf-inspired fare, a book signing and live music!

WHO: Barefoot Wine, fun, flavorful and  affordable wines and bubblies

Oahu Chapter of the Surfrider Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to protection and enjoyment of the world's oceans, waves and beaches

Stuart Coleman, author of Eddie Would Go and Fierce Heart, will sign books and donate a portion of sales to Surfrider Foundation

Brendan Lynch of Barefoot Wine & Bubbly will give a live musical performance
